Capt. Michael "Mike" Arkley

Capt. Mike Arkley founded Wavepirates and leads the company as CEO. He brings extensive experience in international maritime command, offshore logistics and crewing management to corporate governance, compliance and client relationships.

As CEO, Mike oversees strategic direction and operational standards, while field delivery, passage command and survey work are led by dedicated captains and technical teams.
